I have 5 switches in UK, Germany, Italy, France & Poland and would like to find one company that can install OTM for me in all these countries. Can anyone recommend a company to me (I dont want BT)

Beware OTM has its issues.
Why is it that when I take an agent out of ACD it doesn't take them out of cpnd. The entry is still in it and not int he switch..

Note that you can't do CDR and traffic retrieval unless you are running at least 25.30 or greater and that you can't do remote backups unless you are 25.40 or greater.
There are very few companies with a global presence that have in-depth expertise in OTM. The larger vendors likely sub-contract for remote work and their experience with the full package (Billing, Alarms, etc.) may be questionable.
eTEL Technologies has the most depth in this work but do mostly North American solutions. You may still want to enquire since their pricing is very agressive and may still be competitive with European based options.
