Currently are using OTM v 2.20. Switching to Avaya VOIP near year's end.

My problem is with CPND.

New user assigned to office with existing DN (e.g. key 0 = 32590 key 1 = 2832590)
New user assigned new DN key 0 = 32176 key 1 = 2832176
Change made to existing DN, replacing 32590/2832590 - Empty with 32176/2832176 - User Name
Change synchronized in Station Admin successfully.
Station Admin = TRN - 32176 - User Name

CPND now shows:

CUR - 32590 - Empty
CUR - 2832590 - Empty
NEW - 2832176 - User Name
RPL - 2832590 - User Name

Normally I would do a Global Update and replace the existing "RPL" which there would be one for Key 1 and Key 0, with "TRN". I'm not sure how to reconcile what shows above.

What I tend to do is to access the OTM database *.dat files which is normally in e.g. C:\Nortel\Common Data\"Site Name"\ etc

You should see various files such as station.dat, cpnd.dat etc. I then rename them to something else and then log back into OTM to syncronize the database again as it should have been deleted.
