I will do that later.

Dear FIREBIRD:COULD U PLS. tell me what u mean by upload the cpdir0.csv to the system ?? i mean how to upload it??

by what ??

thanks

What I mean, is to upload the *.csv file via a communications program such as Hyperterminal, Procomm plus etc using the "X Modem" protocal into the "db" folder. The "db" folder is found via access into "pdt". If you don't know how to access "pdt", then you will have to use Nortel's MAT / OTM tool.
