Otm with a bcm for call detail

Has anyone collected call records from a 2.5 bcm using OTM 2.0, if so how or do you need to set up a ftp transfer.

OTM IS FOR MERIDIAN'S, THERE IS A CALL ACCOUNTING FOR BCM BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHO THE SOFTWARE IS MADE BUY.

I know it is for meridians, I use it all the time but a certain customer wants to be able to collect the cdr from 8 bcm's and his option 11c with otm. He seems to believe you can do it but I have had no such luck. I do not think you can do it, I was just trying to get other suggestions.

CDR Data -- After the power failure, my CDR is dumping different data than before the power failure.

Example:

Here is the record in the format it was:

N 123 00 DN1736 A001 046 08/14 07:45 00:00:14 A 9011441463246575{2003-08-14 07:43:58}

Here is the record in the format that it is now:

N 078 00 DN1736 A001 045 08/18 08:36 00:00:04 A 9890114162931311{2003-08-18 08:35:05}

As you can see, it seems to be adding in the 89, after dialling the nine to access a line and before dialling the number, to every phone number that we are getting. Is this a setting on the switch?
