OTM WEB PROBLEM

Hey boys and girls, I have web OTM set up and all works except when it tries to schedule something it never gets scheduled? Says all is good on the web end but never pops up on the server end.. Any ideas?

Is the change made? Go into load 20 and print the TN to see if the change went through. I don't think that OTM WEB uses the scheduler to schedule events. I know at 1.2 you have to send these changes before exiting OTM WEB.

What version of OTM are you running? The latest version of OTM is 2.1. This version has a Web Sync Tasks and Log. This Task list or Log trackes any changes attempted on the PBX via the web function. If you are running an earlier version of OTM 1.0-1.2 check the Windows Transmit Log. If you don't have any record of change attempts made by the web services on the PBX I would look at the OS on the OTM server. Sounds like IIS may be incorrectly installed on the server. Try this - backup you site and system, uninstall OTM, uninstall IIS and re-install IIS, reinstall OTM and then restore your site from the back up file. Many of my customers tried to get the Web Services running after OTM was installed, but found problems - more prevalent with versions 1.0-1.2. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
