OTM using USB

Installing OTM 2.2 on a customer PC which does not have parallel ports.

Anyone ever connected a OTM dongle (rs-232)to a rs-232 to USB adapter. PC does not have a parallel port. Dongle is not USB. What needs to be done to make the PC recognize the port.

Go back to your Vendor as Nortel no longer ship parallel Dongles, but they will swop your parallel one for a USB.
