OTM traffic reports??

Would someone give me the run down on how to print reports on specific TIE trunks that I have between 2 sites?

I am having trouble using the Traffic Analysis feature (if that is the right one) .

You are in the right place, it is under traffic analysis; is it collecting data? You have to collect the data and then parse it. There are some summary reports that give you some good information and then you can actually get the actual peg counts and CCS reports hour by hour;

first step though is to be sure you have OTM set up to do traffic collection and parse the data; then you can run the reports.

There is an option for Traffic Collection; first you need to use the option to set the PBX for traffic collection, and then you need to actually set up the scheduler to collect the data and then parse it. If you are using DBA to get the data from the PBX, you only need to parse the data, not collect and parse. Typically you collect and/or parse the data hourly.
