OTM TN Not Showing Available

We just added 2 digital line cards to out opt 11c. But when I try to add a new phone the TN's for the new cards doesn't exist in the OTM. How do I add these cards in the OTM?

In the station module, select hardware view and then input the cards. Your TN's should then be "known" by OTM.
