OTM Synch error

I have an option 11c rls 22 with a recently installed OTM. We are experiencing a problem when trying to synch 2016 digital phone sets. Everytime we use the SYNCH command in OTM, we get an error "CDCD SCH0341" unable to match input field with stored mnemonics.

CDCD is a "conferee digit count denied"

When printing the TN in LD20, we are unable to find any mnemonic "CDCD"

We have tried to synch different digital sets in OTM and always get this error

We can use the "retrieve all" command in OTM and it works fine.

When using hyperterminal, digital sets can be built, changed, etc, and no problems are encountered

It appears the problem is in the OTM, any suggestions?

Check the class of service prompts with known working sets. I would guess that the problem may be a conflict between a key that is NHC and the CDCD class of service. Maybe try to make the class of service CDCA.
