OTM Sync names in station Admin with names in CPND Admin

I have a Meridian 1 Option 81C and I am running Optivity 1.2. I do all changes in the switch through the TTY terminal, but a few of our IS techs have the ability to use optivity to unrestrict phones for guests. I wanted to syncronize Optivity with the switch and ran updates last night. But the names in the station admin are still the old names.Is there a way that I can get the names that are in CPND admin imported to station admin?

In OTM 2, you can go to Station Admin, File, Rebuild Directory from CPND Database. Can't remember if in OTM 1.2 if it's the same.

Yes OTM 1.2 does have this in the menu. I ran it earlier. It took forever without showing any progress. It did not change a thing and did not mark any of the stations as "CHG". I ran it again with the same results.

Even though Names show up in Station Admin, you won't see CHG there if names are changed in OTM. You'll see CHG in the CPND manager. Does the Station Manager not have the same names as the CPND Manager (which should be sync'd with switch) after the Rebuild?

OK ... I it makes sense that you will not see "CHG" for names only in Station Manager.

And no the names do not match in CPND and Station Manager. CPND matches the switch (after I sync'ed it with the switch) but even after running the sync on station manager, the names do not match. It is like the names are not a linked field to sync or something. I will try another sync this morning.
