OTM Station Admin Question

i have got stations that have TRN and CUR how do I remove the one that is in the CUR status without having to delete the set and rebuild?

first sort by sync status. Make sure that none have a chg record associated with the CUR. Then select all of the CUR records. Click on Edit and then Global Update. Selet SStat. In old put CUR and then in New put NEW, or select from drop down. Click ADD then OK. This should change all CUR records to NEW. Then, with records still selected, click on Edit and Delete. New records are only deleted from OTM, OTM thinks those record are not in PBX.

choose both records and click edit-> restore--it gets rid of the cur record, but leaves the TRN record unchanged

Make sure you have the most recent patches. There is a patch that fixes the CUR records issue. It also includes a utility to remove unwanted CUR records.
