I am new to the forum, so I apologize if these are redundant questions.

Is there a way to include more than just station data in the corporate directory app? My company has 435 locations (not networked) across the US. I would love to find a way to give my users speed dial or directory entries for these instead of looking the number up in a directory.

Next, when I log into OTM via the Web interface as administrator, I do not have admin rights. Plus, I can't log is as any other user. Even if the user is in the Local OTM user list. Domain authentication doesn't work nor does LDAP. I'm using 2000 Server as my PDC.

Thanks..

Chris

rest are set tight for remote users, check your firewall.sec experts to see if those ports are open. i wouldn't open them. don't follow that directory question, do you want that many sites in your station directory? if i had that request i would be looking for soft phones. we use a simple name look up, it does a search by dept, title last whatever, the user can modify their personal data (or not) otherwise we would have another full time job. i can download that data base direct to load 95 and to the mail for dial by name (which no one uses)..
