OTM Resources

We just installed OTM to help us remote manage our 81c. What I am looking for is some solid online or book resources that get into the reporting functionality. I would like to start to figuring out if it's possible to create custom reports with options that aren't necessarily there. For instance, I would like to create a query that would return only specific "key" programming like "key 2" etc...

I know gets more involved than most into reporting and custom reporting for OTM. I do believe however that it is mostly with the OTM Billing application and they do have some published material but no online info yet.
