I am trying to avoid a potential problem with my OTM server. I notice that when I launch OTM I see a message that lists my available licenses and it is saying that I only have 1 license available. I searched for the message and I came up with thread798-1429719 and it says to launch station admin, click on view and employee sector and clean up in that area. My question is when I look at the employee sector it looks like just a bunch of old outdated data. What is this info and can I just delete it all? It seems that when I delete one record it frees up a license. I just don't want to get rid of something that otm might need to function. Thanks for any advice!
