OTM PC to OTM Server

I am currently working on a project to identify how we could convert OTM running on a PC to an OTM Server based. Any one have any clues on what needs to be done? I have tried the NTPs for a solution but can find none.

Backup OTM data, Install on a Server (depending on Rls - make sure you install on a compatable operating system and service pack), restore data.
