OTM not reconcile

I have a CS1000 rls. 5.5 and my problem is with the OTM 2.2 when I make a change to the OTM it works, but when I try to make the reconcile sync show me that it is tring to initialize the database but it runs and runs and doesn't stop. I would like to know if someone can help with this problem.

I didn't think 5.5 would work with 2.2. I thought you had to go at least 3.2.

Thanks janaya, but where i can upgrade the OTM, it is somenthing in Nortel webpage?

oh no. you have to purchase the upgrade from avaya. Problem is they are selling TM 4.0 now, or at least that was the last release. I'm not sure if it is even available to sell.

On the old Nortel page it states that product is no longer available and there is no documentation available on Avaya's website. You may need to contact your vendor.

I think what is happening is there are prompts in the TNB printout that are new in 5.5 that OTM 2.2 doesn't recognize so the application hangs each time it sees this.

I highly recommend getting with your vendor to see about ordering TM 4.0. Once I got all the documentation it was pretty easy to install and get ready to use.
