OTM locked Station record

How do you unlock a station record in OTM that is "locked by another user"?

Either close out of OTM completely(might not work) or reboot the box.

My friend cant reboot the box. Security is tight.
Does anyone know which service to stop?

Have a look in the OTM directory on the Server Hard Drive, you will find file(s) with the extension *.lck delete these files or change the *.lck to something else like *.bck and try again should work.
