I am trying to run the Costing and Collection records to be able to run billing on our OTM machine. I am getting the following errors:

"An error occurred while writing CDR records to the CDR database. The database may be corrupt. The Collection task was shut down."

"An error occurred while writing a Cost record to the Cost table. Costing can not continue. The DAO errors is: Database has reached maximum size. Er rorCode:3036"

Is there anything I can do to fix these errors without loss of data?

When is the last time you purged the some of the call records? I would get rid of maybe the oldest couple of months then try again.

How would I go about doing that? I've received no training on OTM other than how to run the records.
