I'm getting an error in OTM when I try to make any changes to a phone. The error reads "ERROR: value to long for type character varing (16)." No matter what I attempt to change, I get the same error. Anyone have any insight on this? (I don't get any validation errors and I can make the changes in CLI).

OTM can be a pain. When I get errors such at that I revert to CLI and use LD 20 for my changes.

First, if you make changes in CLI and then don't synch your OTM to PBX, the db's get different quickly.

I would ensure that your OTM has all the latest SU's and PEPs applied first.

If it still doesn't go away, out the site and rebuild and retrieve all.
