OTM error message

Ive got a Teplephony Billing System that gives the following error after trying to backup the call datatbase
"Cant delete source file C:/Programfiles/Nortel/Telephony/CommonData/Lagos/Lekki/details1.img
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Reading collected data gives message 'unable to delete source file' and data can't be read.

Solution
Make sure File Name has 'detail1.img' specified under the collection TAB

After collection Message says 'unable to delete source file'

Fix
----
Under the Collection TAB on the System Configuration Screen
The connection type was 'File'
But under File Name no file was specified (Should be 'detail1.img ')
Putting 'detail1.img' against File Name solved this problem.

Thanks Man, i tried it but now it gives this error message

"An error occured while writing CDR records to CDR database.
Database may be corrupt
Collection task was shut down"

 
Have you renamed to file detail1.img to something else?. What is that file size as they can become very large.

Can you go into LD 117 and key in STAT BUF to see if the DBA is connected OK?.

Sorry ive been away, had to go take care of a troublesome Call pilot Server. Heres what im getting for ld 117

stat buf
CDR ENL
TRF DIS
STN DIS
Storage space is 22.8% full
Not Connected

and i tried what you said, it collects but at the end it gives the error
'unable to delete source file' meanwhile when i check the folder for the img file, its gone.
 
It sounds as if your OTM is corrupted and may need to be rebuilt as it hasn't connected to the Meridian to receive the data as your printout in LD 117.

Perhaps you can try again in the OTM's DBA to set up a new session etc?.
