OTM DECT Web Access

I have had OTM for a year, we have just linked it to our internal DECT system.
Dect is accessable and working fine on the server.

We can access everything via the intranet, (DECT Web alarm, DECT Web maint) but the Web Dect Application hangs.
I noticed that under the OTM status, DECT JVM: is stopped how do I restart this service (I have rebooted and reloaded Java till I am blue in the face......)

Im sure im going to sound stupid on this one.. but if it is a service wouldnt it be in the control pannel under administrative tools, and services?

I would have thought so, but this is Nortel...
It don't appear there. It says service stopped and it should be easy to start (you would think).....I cant find the bloody thing.

Can you access the dect server within the OTM application? You often get "unable to connect to server" when you open the dect application for some unexplainable reason.
