We have OTM server with 10 client licenses.
All clients are working except 1 client pc.
We've re-installed W2k SP4 on the laptop, but whenever we try login to OTM we get the error:
"Unable to Create Authentication Instance"

Which release of OTM are you running? 2.2 supports SP4, but previous releases do not.

We're running OTM version 2.2, sorry forgot to include in original post.
Has anyone got this running on SP4, that's quite an old Windows SP?

2.2 will run with SP4 and yes it does work. Go into the server on the OTM Navigator, check for OTM Clients and verify that the PC name is actually there. You may have to delete the old computer name and then reinstall the client software. I just noticed that this was a reinstall, and it does verify the computer name when you go to connect.

the server counts as one on the licenses, so you can actually have 9 clients.

I have your problem on all pc client whit otm 2.2.Can I resolve this problem...?Hosts file on windows?client.msi?
