OTM CDR via DBA

Looking for a document on setting up CDR with DBA.
I have turned on the following

Parm
FCDR new

CDR
CDR yes
BDI yes
port 12

TTY 12
pty
user cty mtc

RDB
CDR yes
incoming and outgoing yes

ld 117
enabled CDR and Traffic Buffering
enabled DBK

setup the site in OTM able to connect and sync sets via CS ELAN ip.

Started the Data Buffering session.

Made test calls from the remote site.

I do not show any records updated on the Data Buffering Session.

Does someone see something missing in the above steps or point me to a good guide for setting up CDR via DBA. Currently working with four different docs to complete one task.

Software package 351 enabled?

Not part of the problem, but remove USER MTC on TTY 12, it should only be CTY.

It makes no difference because PTY can not be a CDR destination.
Only serial TTYs support CTY.
