Question - We recently made major changes on our Option 61C, as we have intergrated this with a Cisco Call Manager. Everything seems to be working properly however it looks like I'm no longer collecting CDR data via the MDR2000 box for Meridian phones. I've tried going into ld 16 to enable CDR but when I print out the RDBs it shows as CDR-NO. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks again...great website!
