Hello - On my OTM CDR on the incoming call records it is showing 0000 instead of all of the incoming phone number. I have another location that does have the number displaying. I went to LD 17 and added CLID yes, and it is still not displaying. Can you tell me what else I may be missing. Thank You,

Do you have CDR = "YES", and "INC" on the incoming Route Data Block (Ld 16) ?

Is there a way to print a data block & see?

Here is in load 21

CDR_DATA
CDR YES
IMPH NO
OMPH NO
AXID NO
TRCR NO
CDPR NO
ECDR NO
BDI YES
PORT 7
BCAP YES

I dont see where it says INC? Did I miss it. I am in the prt CDB in Load 21.

OK I got to ld 21, prt RDB (duh) and it does show CDR YES and INC YES. So that is good. Let me know if you know. Thanks,

I saw this post a ways back, the guy said it worked, but I never saw from what. If it was adding yes to the parameters or what. I am trying everything here. What else do you think?

I don't have OTM, but don't forget there is also a CLID prompt in LD 15. Post the CDB and RDB printout from Ld 21. Hopefully this will trigger other comments.
