We have the complete OTM system installed and I trying to run an AUTH CODE REPORT. When I run the reports it shows no AUTH CODES. When I look in the DATABASE everything else in in it from ANI to DNIS, an so. Just no AUTH CODES.

We have over 20 diffrent AUTH CODES that our agents use. I'm thinking it has something to do with the PBX not actually capturing and storing it with the record. Is there some load that controls AUTH CODES and the writing of records?

Thanks.

Hi,

If you look in:

x:\nortel\common data\site name\system name\ there is a file detail.img (If you use DBA). The raw CDR data is stored in that file.

You can open it using notepad or something like that.

If you do not see the file (When you are using DBA), stop collecting for a while and the file will appear.

I can see the file just fine, I can even open it and there is data, but the colum where AUTH CODE it is empty and it has over 1 million records but not one auth code??????

Have a look in LD 88. Have a look at the ACDR prompt. If it's set to no set it to yes and check the data again (It could take a while before the data is in the file)
