OTM and 2250 Attendant

We had a problem with a card failing, and it killed the configuration for all the phones on that card. We wanted to retransmit the info from OTM to the card, which was fine for normal phones.

However, the 2250 attendant phone was on that card. In our OTM ver 2.1, there is no info for that TN. How do you get OTM to recognize a 2250? Even if I go new, and select the type of phone, a 2250 doesn't show up.

Any ideas?

Neither MAT, nor OTM handles M2250 devices. You need to program these through the tty access using something like Procomm or Hyperterminal(yuk)
