OTM 3.1 and 3905 issue 1

I'm posting this on behave of a fellow co-worker at another site who asked if I would post this question. I don't have the version of OTM that he has so I'm unable to verify this.

"Cannot find the rngi/buzz feature in Optivity Telephony Manager 3.1 when programming 3905 telsets. Is anyone aware if the feature is available in 3.1?"

I'm no expert either, but is there somewhere you have to tell OTM about the Customer Data Block OPT "DBA"

I relayed your suggestion and I guess they are already past that part.

It looks like they have that covered in 3102841SU4 which was just released Friday and it appears to fix 231 problems with TM 3.1. Have them load SU4 and see if it fixes the problem.

They are making arrangements to acquire the patch. Hopefully that will fix their problem.

I just loaded SU4 does appear as RNG_MODE on the 3905s.
