OTM 2.20 Scheduler problem

Hi

I am having a few problems that I hope someone may have a resloution for. I am running OTM ver 2.20.78 on Windows 2000 Server (Service pack 4).

The Scheduler Service keeps shutting down and therefore jobs that are scheduled for the early hours are not being run. I've done some digging around and I think the scheduler shuts down whenever a person Remote Desktops onto the server.

Does anyone know of a way to prevent scheduler from closing down or if it does how to restart it automatically.

I know you will probabl say get people to use web client for OTM. This is ok but it doesn't give the full functionality that is required.

Any help would be appreciated.

When they Log out and Terminate OTM, there goes the scheduler.

Have your RDP user lock the workstation and then disconnect the RDP session rather than log off. This will prevent the scheduler from terminating and thereby allow your jobs to run.
