OTM 2.2 and missing AUTH codes

When doing a prt of a TN from LD 20 on the PBX the auth code is visible when using the SPWD:

When using OTM > Station Admin > Features > AUTH1:

no AUTH code is visible

Tried importing data from PBX to OTM again...no change

Does OTM need to know the SPWD? If so, where in OTM is the SPWD configured, or does it somehow get it from the PBX? Tried updating ESN to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
