OTM 2.00.50 - Printing Letter and not A4

OTM 2.00.50 installed on a Windows 2000 Professional PC
(stand-alone). SU02c installed.

Printing a traffic report to screen is OK, but when I would like to print this report to printer, printer tells me to load Letter. Both Printer and PC is set up to print A4-format.

If I set up OTM to print default to printer everything is OK (workaround).

Any idea what can be done to fix this problem?
