I have built a database which has 3 line chart reports and all other reports are simply numerical totals in cells. When bringing the database to the client's office, the line charts are not visible but all other objects on the reports are. And the numerical type reports run successfully. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks Ahead,

While I have not really used charts in Access, I would check the following...

Is the client sytem fully patched?

Is there a Video Driver update for the client system?

Are you using any fonts that the client does not have installed (I doubt this would be it).

Does it work on multiple systems? If not, what is special about your system? If so, what is the client system missing (try a full install of office).

And the obvious... Is the data the same at the client so it SHOULD show results?

Thanks for your response, after attempting to view the line charts on other machines at the same office we found that there had to be some missing pieces as you've suggested such as recent patches or outdated drivers, but we haven't isolated it to one cause. Their IT department was to reload Office and see if this corrects the problem, but I haven't heard from them yet.

Thanks,
