There is an issue of when a person is on a call and another person from a different phone select the same line, that 2nd person is on the call too. What is the setting to stop other people from just jumping in on a line that is already being used? Is it under CLS? could not find it.
Thanks in advance.

POA Privacy Overide Allowed.
But if there is a 500 TN with that DN then you have no control. There is no privacy with an analog line.

Thanks. I'll check that out tomorrow.

What you want is a “multiple call” arrangement.

If using just digital/IP sets, program the DN key as MCR or MCN.

If any of the phones are analog sets, then follow the instructions in
@StanleySteamer - your response about “there is no privacy with an analog line” is incorrect.

@gwebster - Yes, the MCR method in your other post will work with some limitations:
1. Cannot see if the line is busy on the other phones.
2. Cannot put the call on hold at one phone and pick it up at another.
3. Users may not want more than one incoming call on that line.
