I have a user with the following problem (we use Outlook 2003 SP1):
I often use the Outlook calendar feature "open other users" calendar. I had about 50 shortcuts to other users' calendars listed on my calendar screen, but when I opened my calendar today they were all gone
She has Outlook configured to use offline. Her offline and online stores were not synched, so I did this first. The calendar items came back, although her "Calendar" under My Calendars became "Calendar(2)". This was odd, but the user was happy to have her calendar shortcuts back, so we thought this was the end. A short time later, they disappeared again. She synched the online and offline cache and this time she had Calendar(3) under My Calendars. At one point I recreated her .ost file, but the same thing happened.
Does this Calendar store exist somewhere in Local Setting/Application Data, etc. and can I restore it from there? Can I recreate her profile, or is this a synch problem? I have not encountered this problem before. Any suggestions are appreciated. We use Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP1. Thanks!
