Other user needs look and update my calendar

I need what other user look and update my calendar, but my calendar is in my PST,I don't want to put in the server.
My problem is the following:

1. When my calendar is in the PST, and the other user update may calendar, I don't see the last update and many cases never see this update. The summary this solution is not right.
Are there Servicies Packs to correct this problem?

2. When my calendar is in the Server, I don't want any problem with the Update. But I need to connect my PALM V in my PC and better sincronize is all information will be in my PST.
