Other than TOAD

I write occasional stored procedure in ORACLE, and so far we have been using TOAD. With the new version of TOAD 9.1.0.62 and with all the changes from the last version, I don’t know where anything is. It does not allow me to open my previously written stored procedures, compile is gone somewhere, and there are whole lot of other problems with it. And it is very frustrating.

Is there anything else I can use to write / run / open, etc. stored procedures other than TOAD?
