Other ring tone

Hi All

lets say i have 2 groups. group 1 and group 2.

If i call group 2 is it possible to change the ring tone on Digital 1416 Avaya phone, when it gets call from group 2 ?


I am running Ip office V2 version 8.0(66)

You can do a ringtone override for a group but you need at least R9 to do so.

Go to groups and press F1....

Doesn't really matter. 8.0(66) doesn't support it.

You cant do anything in R8.0(66) with ringtones for groups. Even with R9 or higher you can not change the volume of a digital phone from a group like that.
