Other recipients receiving invitations

I have a user who has granted read permission to his calendar to several other users. Whenever someone sends him a meeting invitation, he and all the other users with read permission to his calendar each receive a copy of the invitation sent to him.

Does anyone have any idea why these other users receive these invitations?

Hiya

Try unticking the "delegates receive copies" tickbox in tools\options\delegates. Click ADD, add the people you want then the tick box is under the calendar drop down box.
