OTHER IFilters

Everyone always says stuff like, "txt, html, ppt, etc are searched by default with MOSS or WSS and you can download IFilters to include more files like .pdfs". Everyone uses pdfs are the "other" example. What if I need .ai files or .emf files, or .indd files to come up in my search?

Any ideas where I can find IFilters for these types of files? Or do they even exist? If not I guess it's back to the old file server routine.

I found the PDF ifilter on the Adobe website. I imagine other ifilters are available from the companies who produce the file types. Sorry it's not the most detailed answer you'll ever see but I have only just started dabbling in content indexing.
