Ok, um, I hope I explain this properly....

I am running OS 9 on alot of macs where I work.

I am about to upgrade to OSX panther.

I am running a test on one of the macs to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I can't seems to connect to any of the other macs via Go>connect to server in OSX.
I can, however connect to them via the chooser in OSX Classic.

I can also connect to the OSX mac from one of the OS9 machines via chooser.

Does anyone have any ideas???

Marcus

Is it that you cant see the other macs on the network? or that you can see them but cant connect?

Make sure "File Sharing" is on on all the machines, then in System Preferences on the PAnther machine you should see them through the Network Prference pane. I have no probs connecting to all my machines, including PCs and older Clone Macs but I did have to go back and check that File Sharing was on all of them.
