Good afternoon!

I'm looking for suggestions. I need an easy way to redirect inbound calls on a single hunt group to an external number just by entering a feature code. I'm thinking that maybe the night service feature of the HG might do it, but I can't find anywhere in the documentation on how to switch that HG into Night Service. The HG is answered on OpenScape Xpert, so I'm thinking if this can be done by dialing one feature code to enable and another to disable, then this might work. But I'm not really familiar with Night Service, so I don't know if it's even possible without an attendant. Maybe there's another way to do this?

This is for an emergency situation, so if the call takers have to evacuate, they hit a button and walk away. Then the calls get routed to some lucky guy's cell phone.

I'm on OpenScape Voice V9 and OpenScape Xpert V6R1.

One way to do that on the 4K *MIGHT* be COS Switchover, which you can do with a code, but I run a 24 hour operation so I've never messed with it. In the 4K world you have a Day COS and a Night COS, and same thing for LCR COS (which is routing). Not sure if that is relevant. Also, if your hunt group has an "overflow" destination it might be possible to program that to roll over to a special extension that sends the call over to an outside destination (requires COS auth usually for FWDEXT). On the 4K it is possible to sign phones out of a hunt group (using a code or phone menu) so they are ignored. If that is the case with OSV and you have the hunt group set up to overflow, you may just need to have everyone enter a code to sign the phones out of the hunt group.

These are just ideas that might spur a thought process :)
