This document explains the more common problems of getting Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) neighbors to become fully adjacent. In a successful formation of OSPF adjacency, OSPF neighbors will attain the "FULL" neighbor state.
To examine the formation of adjacency, use the debug ip ospf adj command.
