Hi I am getting below error in Openscape personal edition V7 registerd as system client in OSBX8 .

Current Error Report
Hipath-Provider 5.1
The Tapi Service Provider could not be found
Please check your phone and modem options configured or restart your PC

Working in some PC's and in some PC's we are getting the above error.

How to fix this issue requires support from forum friends
