All,

Using CM 5.2 with OSPC 2.51.005.053 and IP9630 sets running 3.1 firmware in telecommuter mode.

I have my Attd Console form setup for Auto Ans so that the user can answer the call with their 9630 set and not have to click on the OSPC.

I recently had them add speakers to the PC for calls in queue and now they notice a pretty loud BEEP tone over the PC speakers whenever they answer a call....is there a way to disable this but still keep the queue alerts...turning off the speakers really isn't an option.

Thanks much,

Tim
