OSPC - call waiting degrades active calls quality/volume

I have two OSPC consoles (version 2.51.003.046) set up in road warrior mode and using plantronics CS60 USB headsets. The problem I'm getting is that when either console is on a call and it gets a call waiting the volume of the current call dips or starts to fluctuate, this issue although intermittant is also very frequent. I ran audio monitor and you can see the playback volume dip when the call waiting is there.
Any ideas???
