OSPC and held calls

I am new to OSPC and I am having some major issues. My issue is when calls come in and I put them on hold, I cannot take any more calls until I drop all of my held calls. For example, I have 4 calls on hold and none that I am currently speaking to. If a new call comes in, it automatically goes into Que. I can see it in Que, I am not in pos busy and I have no one on the phone. If I release my 3 held calls, the que call rings in. The kicker is, I cannot find a pattern on how many calls before this happens. I have had this happen with 2, 3, 4, and 5 calls on hold. I am going to play around with parking calls instead of holding them, but my customer likes the screen with the held calls.

My second issue is my BLF buttons are not showing if someone is busy. They work fine, i can call using them, transfer by dragging and dropping on them, the names are all correct. I have them in the attd form in the correct spot. They just do not turn yellow if they are busy.

I am at 5.2 and running the latest release of OSPC. I have tried 2 different customer provided PCs running XP pro.

I have calls in with support, so I am working with someone in Argentina, but I think they turn around and call someone in Germany, then call me back to have me add a button to the console.
Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

So I figured it out...

You may not accept a new call when a held call recalls back to you... This is why i was getting the issue after 2, 3, 4 calls. It depended on how fast i called in. It follows the hold recall in consol permissions.

I screwed up on the blf, i put 1200 in the attd form for 1200 series extensions instead of 12.

I gave the info to support, so hopefully they will document it.
