Oserv on MN restart every 15 minutes ???

Hi,

My name is Tom and i'm network admin since four years..
I'm using Tivoli Framework 3.7 and TEC 3.7.1.
We adminstrate about 18000 Endpoints, 4 TMRs ...

Since a week we got an interception Gateway which is rebooting every 15 minutes by itself, after a copy of binary
(C:\Program Files\tivoli\bin) from an other interception Gateway which is working correctly.
A check db, restore of data dated from one week...noting seems to work ?
