where can find out livelink-oscript tutorials which can give 100% description of oscript functions like Assoc

The only place you can find this is at the instructor led OT ,some course description runs for about 2500 USD.The rest is through your own effort and looking thru the knowledge base,putting builder in debug etc.The documentation that accompanies the builder is excellent albeit typos etc.If you are interested in pursuing a livelink career yourself your opetions are to regaister for the a)upcoming phoenix livelink UP b)Self study if you have livelink software and builder.Livelink provides a step by step module building thing called addressbook and workflow tweaking.If you are having only problems for assoc for most assocs OVM has loop like for ---- end which you can iterate etc.But most assocs in livelink are complex data structures
(hats off to the programmers in OT who has made end user programmers like us life easier)so rarely will you be able to iterate and do your stuff in one go.
