OSCC V9

OSCC V9R1 was just released. It is compatible with V7R2 and V8. Not sure about V7R1. If you have access to the portal then you have access to the release notes. I would suggest to review them.
If you are doing an upgrade there are several steps to the process. My vendor is currently doing the upgrade from OSCC V8R2, and I know that there is no direct upgrade from OSCC V8R2 to V9R1 - you first have to update to V9R0, then export your data from V8 and import it into V9, and then do the upgrade to V9R1 and install any patches that have been released.
We built out a VM for V9R1 so we are actually moving servers, which is nice because if anything goes wrong we can always stop the new one and restart the old one until the issue is resolved, but she has already done an export and import and tested it all, and everything appears to be good. Tomorrow night when we cut all she has left to do is export and import the final data from V8, then install the V9R1 update and any patches - I believe there is at least one, because I have one for the client.

before we use to generate the call center license for the mac id of server.
is there any changes in this?
because when i want to generate license for the OS4K it requires the information of OSCC.
can you please clarify this.
And while installation of OSCC ,here also it requires license key .
i need your help please.

The new version of OSCC requires the MAC of the NIC card that is connected to the customer network, which you should be able to find in the LAN settings properties for that LAN connection. I do not know if it also requires the server IP address, but I also provided that to the vendor, as well as the name of the server. Those last 2 items could have simply been because we also have a B-B VPN set up with the vendor and they needed to add it to their scope.
