I have a test queue in OSCC. I want it to time-out to 8484, this is a virtual extension (HiPAth V5) that FWDs to Xpressions voicemail box. OSCC errors out and says it cannot divert call to 8484, check user extensions and timeout settings (which I have tried). If I call 8484 direct from my desk phone, it works fine. If I put a physical phone extension in the queue time-out extension, that works also. Any ideas?

Set up both variable call forwarding and station call forwarding on 8484 and see if that helps as suggestion 1. I have had some issues in the past with HOW I forward the calls so I basically turn on everything.

Second suggestion is to build out 8484 on an analog port if you have one. You don't need to connect anything to it. I have also had issues with some things like night answer numbers for clinics and night destinations for attendants that roll over and stuff needing to be on a physical port or they won't work. Analog is nice because the system won't know the difference if nothing is connected to it.

Thanks! I was able to get OSCC to transfer to analog port. But for some reason that analog port won't FWD that call to Xpressions from OSCC. If I call it from a desk phone it will FWD to Xpressions

I usually don't have a lot of trouble with that, but I have some recollection of an issue I had in OSCC where our answering service is a call center group in OSCC with a DNIT of 2255. In all of my other call centers when I want to send the call to 2255 I cannot because it was set as a DNIT into the call center and that creates some kind of an issue. I had to make a special number 122255 that is forwarded to voicemail outside the call center. Also try adding forwarding for the DND condition and see if that matters. Mine is set for CFU in/out, CFB in/out, CFNR in/out and CFDND in/out.
